Torchflex TF-95-FF-Base is a premium SBS-modified bitumen base sheet designed for use in commercial and industrial low-slope roofing systems. Reinforced with a durable non-woven fiberglass mat, this heat-welded membrane provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, and long-term performance as part of a multi-layer roofing assembly.
The 2.2 mm thick membrane features SBS-modified asphalt on both sides and a micro-perforated thermofusible film surface that allows for efficient heat-welded installation. It serves as an ideal base layer beneath compatible SBS-modified cap sheets, helping to create a durable, weather-resistant roofing system.
