Torchflex™ TP-180-FF-Base Heat Welded Base Sheet
Torchflex™ TP-180-FF-Base is a premium SBS-modified bitumen base sheet engineered for use in commercial, industrial, and institutional low-slope roofing systems. Reinforced with a durable non-woven polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands, this heat-welded membrane delivers outstanding strength, flexibility, and long-term performance as part of a multi-layer roofing assembly.
The membrane is coated on both sides with SBS polymers and premium asphalt and features a micro-perforated thermofusible film on both surfaces. During installation, the top film melts when the cap sheet is applied, while the bottom film disappears during heat welding to the substrate, creating a secure and reliable bond.
